    Prix Romand Piaget Awards 2017 Best Designer & Best Jeweller

    Last year, Piaget has decided to expand its award for Best Jeweller and Best Designer to all schools in French Switzerland: le Centre de Formation Arts Appliqués de Genève (CFPAA), l'Ecole d'Arts Appliqués de la Chaux-de-Fonds (EAA), l’Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux (ETVJ) and l’Association Romande des Métiers de la Bijouterie (ASMEBI). This award is intended for 4th year students.

    On June 27th, 2017 at the Piaget Manufacture in Plan-Les-Ouates, the Best Jeweller Award went to Julie Bretenmoser, 23, student at l'Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux (ETVJ), and Claudia Roque Andrade from le Centre de Formation Professionnelle Arts de Genève (CFP Arts), 19, received the Best Designer Award.

    The jury was constituted of one member of each school and, on Piaget side, of Christopher Lopes, Jewellery Designer and Patrick Thabuis, High Jewellery Responsible. All projects were judged anonymously.
